Simple Peach and Mangolicious

Somewhere in the internet i was going thorugh that peach fruit has so many significance like healthier skin, intestinal track care, rich in antioxidants, fibers and vitamins. Also it comprises of 80% water content. Nice isn't? :)

I am a fruit lover, i eat fruits in any form but my husband did not like to eat peach separately. Somehow i had to include this in his diet and arrived at this delicious Milkshake.

There is nothing big in this recipe just trying to share the knowledge i gathered about this fruit :)

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: Nil
Serves - 2

INGREDIENTS:

Mango - 1
peach - 1
Cold Milk - 1.5 cups
Sugar/Honey - Optional (Its not necessary, I have not used. But its totally your call)
Chopped Mango pieces - few

DIRECTION:

I really don't have to explain this, i know :) 

Chop mango and peach, blend them into fine paste without any pieces. Then add milk and blend them again.

Garnish with chopped mangoes and Serve chilli.
